Riede94, with his 341,000 subscribers on YouTube, is known worldwide for his daredevil stunts and jumps from cliffs all over the world and now he was with us so that he can travel more comfortably in the future.
Last week we finally finished our first project car in our new workshop! It all started when we saw Riede94's van and realized that while it was solid, it could use a few improvements. So we offered to upgrade his camper a bit to make future trips even more enjoyable.
The heart of our upgrade is the complete VAN PI system that we have integrated into the van. In addition to this, there were other small upgrades: a 100-liter water tank, a Lily pressure pump, a Maxxfan, an Autoterm auxiliary heater and a hot water shower are now part of the equipment. These are powered by a 100Ah LiFePO4 battery that communicates with our VAN PI system via Bluetooth. The battery is charged either by a 100W solar cell or a charging booster from the alternator.
With the new Dimmy, Rainhard can now dim the lights and make himself comfortable in the evenings. It is conveniently controlled via the smartphone or the Pekaway touch display. All devices are protected by the Pekaway FUSY, which has saved us a lot of time and effort.
Two 100W USB-C Pekaway Delivery power supplies have been installed for charging cell phones, cameras or laptops. A special new feature is the boiler with integrated temperature sensor installed in cooperation with Pundmann - more information will be available soon!
Thanks to our partnership with K&K Camper, we also installed new cupboards in the front area. Rainhard can now store all of his utensils here.
If you are also looking for a partner for an individual conversion, please visit K&K. And to Rainhard: We wish you lots of fun and a safe journey with your van pimped by Pekaway.
